Age Requirements:
The child must be 5 years old by August 1st and a 17 year old can not turn 18 prior to June 1st.Parents read carefully. Signature of one parent required. I hereby give permission for the above applicant to play in the ERC leagues, and will insist that he/she carry out his/her promise to play as scheduled.I understand that neither the ERC nor Eastman Chemical Company assumes liability for any injury sustained in connection with this program, or for any medical expenses incurred there from.

In an effort to evenly distribute the talent throughout the teams in each league, we encourage your child to attend at least one of the practice sessions. They are welcome to attend both practice sessions.
The Rosters and Schedules may be picked up Friday, May 23, 2008 between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm at the Ballfield Office.
The season will begin Tuesday, May 27, 2008 and conclude on Wednesday, July 9, 2008.
