Thirty-amp (30) electrical service is provided on all campsites. |

Camping fees must be paid in full within 3 business days after the reservation has been made. Failure to do so could forfeit your reservation. (This rule applies to ALL reservations, including Jamborees). If reservations are made within 72 hours of the first scheduled night, fees must be paid before the scheduled time. Fees must be paid Monday through Friday at the Employee Center main office between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Cancellations must be made within 24 hrs prior to scheduled date. Failure to do so will forfeit one nights refund.
You must present registration card for a refund. Credits will NOT be issued. |

Campsites must be reserved by the Camping Club member or his/her spouse. |

Reservations can be made by calling 229-3771 (in-plant ext. 3771) or in person at the Employee Center office, Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. |

Reservations can be made one (1) month in advance for a time period of one (1) to fourteen (14) nights. |
|
8. |
Reservations can be extended for the same campsite, one (1) week at a time providing no other reservation has been made for that site. Call or go by the Employee Center office during the second week of your reservation Monday through Friday. It is permissible to move to another vacant campsite for another time period up to fourteen (14) nights. The same rule applies for extending reservations as stated. Full payment for the extended camping reservation will be required before the new time period begins. |

Campsites must be vacated by 5:00 p.m. following the last night of the reservation. If not vacated by 5:00 p.m. another nights rent will charged. |

A key card is required to enter the campground before 6:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m. The gate will close automatically after entering or leaving. For problems during these hours contact the Caretaker at (423) 967-3660. |

Quiet hours are to be observed after 10:00 p.m. Sunday - Thursday and 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. |

Only one (1) RV or tent is permitted on a campsite. However, small tents will be permitted on the same site for use by the immediate family of the Camping Club member. |

Family members and friends of club members are permitted to camp as guest campers if space is available. Reservations for guest campers are limited to one site at a time and must be made by the club member who must also camp at the same time. All camping rules apply and nightly rates for guests are substantially higher. Jamborees are restricted to club members only. |

Use of sewer hose odor-protection is required on campsites with sewer. |

15. |
Fires are permitted in fixed fire rings ONLY. |
|
16. |
Pets are allowed in the campground only and must remain on a leash when outside the camping unit. Club members are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Do not leave pets unattended outside if you leave the camping area. |

Ice is available at the campground registration stand for .50 cents a bag. |

18. |
Do not block roads with vehicles. Park vehicles on campsites. |
|
19. |
The use of ALL non-licensed, motorized vehicles is prohibited. This includes golf carts, scooters, etc. (gas or electric) |

20. |
The Bays Mountain Recreation Area Caretaker is not expected to deliver messages to campers unless the message is of an emergency nature. |

21. |
Respect other campers and their property. Vandalism to the park and private property is strictly forbidden and will be punished to the full extent of the law. |

22. |
Tennessee State law requires proper disposal of gray water. |
|
23. |
Washing of vehicles and RV units is prohibited. |
|
24. |
Beer and wine are permitted in the campground but restricted to your reserved site. |
|
25. |
Cleaning sewer hose from the portable drinking water spigot is strictly prohibited. |

26. |
Do not feed wildlife OR stray animals. |
