The rental equipment is located at the Recreation Office at the Toy F. Reid Employee Center.  You may reserve equipment 1 month in advance by calling 423-229-3771. 

Tent rentals are limited to two per family, and backpacks are limited to one per family member, per outing.

An ERC/TEHC member is the only person that may reserve, pick-up, and return the rental equipment. When reserving equipment, please use the ID number indicated to the left of the equipment list. Click below to view list of rental equipment.
