The Square and Round Dance club provides pleasure and enjoyment through evening dances on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month at the Eastman Lodge.
Not only is dancing fun but you will get the benefits of regular exercise. Square dancing is one of the most healthful exercises you can do to stay physically and mentally fit. You can burn anywhere from 400 to 800 calories per hour when square dancing.
The club sponsors square dance education and group instruction. Square and Round Dance Lessons are offered by the club to new members.
Membership dues for employees and dependents are $8.
