Everyone knows the benefits of regular exercise, and square dancing is one of the most healthful (and fun) exercises you can do to stay physically and mentally fit. Burning calories is fun (400-800 calories per hour) when square dancing.
We are currently offering a plus class with Mark Foster as the instructor. Please contact Rick Virost (423-963-0471, evenings) if you are interested and available to help fill out squares for the class which is being held on Mondays at 6:30 p.m.
For those interested in learning to square dance, come out to the Eastman Lodge, Monday, October 5 at 6:30 p.m. or call (423) 229-3345 for more information.
