Summer Youth Program

This fun and relaxed atmosphere lets children develop their baseball and softball skills while being coached by some of the region’s best middle and high school coaches.

2025 Summer Youth Program

Eastman Recreation provides summer baseball and softball leagues for boys and girls ages 5–17.  The 2025 rules, schedules and rosters are posted below.

Eligibility

Requirements


Children ages 5–17 
(must be at least 5 by June 1 and no older than 17 on June 1)

Registration


Registration deadline is passed. If you have a child that wants to play, call the Recreation Office to request a late add.

Brickyard Park, 2017 Brickyard Park Drive, Kingsport, Tennessee

Please register before May 17, 2025

Dates


Evaluations held May 10 and May 17 at Sullivan Heights Middle School. Season begins May 27 with practices held May 27- 28. Tournament is June 30-July 2 and July 7-8 (no games July 3-4).

Game times

Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 9 a.m.–3 p.m; Wednesday: 4–9 p.m. 
Most teams will play three games per week.

Cost


Eastman dependent: $30 each for the first two players and $10 each for additional players from the same household

Non-Eastman dependent: $35 each for the first two players and $10 each for additional players from the same household
